Ben R. Bredow, CEO. With over thirty years in construction and real estate, Ben has expertise with every aspect of the development process and has built a solid reputation for business acumen, service quality and customer satisfaction. Formerly CEO of Bredow + Tobin Corporation and Architecture Plus, Inc., in the 1990's Ben was responsible for the acquisition, zoning, and construction of over five hundred telecommunications sites in North Texas and Louisiana. Ben is a graduate of Texas A&M University and has two children. He lives in Dallas, Texas.

Linda L. Walters, Marketing and Business Development. With a solid background in real estate, leasing and sales management, Linda has worked for Pacific Bell Wireless, MCI, AT&T Wireless and Bechtel Telecommunications. She has won numerous national sales performance awards, including MCI's President's Award.

Bill Bauman, AICP, Zoning and Planning. Mr. Bauman has over twenty years of municipal planning experience, with an emphasis on zoning and permitting, working for a variety of North Texas municipalities. He managed those functions for the AT&T Wireless Dallas office and was responsible for permitting and zoning dozens of network installations. Mr. Bauman has managed hundreds of permits and zoning cases throughout Texas, Louisiana, and Missouri. Mr. Bauman has a master's degree in city and regional planning (M.C.R.P.) from the University of Texas at Arlington and is certified by the American Institute of City Planners, AICP. He is also member of the Texas Chapter of the American Planning Association.
